Rémy has graduated from the Hôtelier and Culinary school in Brittany France. He has acquired great abilities to manage, plan, execute many task and events with "The Relais et Châteaux", "Les Étoilés Michelin Restaurants" teams. He loves to share his knowledge with his customers and staff.
In Canada, Rémy worked at "L'Auberge Hatley", "Baccarat", "Le Signatures" and "Peller Estate".
He brings to Sucré, Salé his French touch, knowledge and culinary diversity to the many meals he creates!
